Am i doing this right? Thursday
Hello?
|
Clearly not since you replied in the Wed thread
|
My face is covered in snot and fluids. Allergies have me all kinda messed up today...
|
I started eating local honey and taking allergy medicine to see if it helps with the allergies and so far it seems like it has helped.
|
Ive also heard a few say that they've been dabbing their fingers in petroleum-jelly and lining their inner nose with it to block some ish from getting in.

Shouldn't be doing that from what I was looking up. In-haling petroleum-jelly products can be possibly harmful to the lungs. |

eating local honey by itself, eating just allergy medicine, or both? I just started recently doing both as my allergies weren't bad before last year. |
Me thinks the allergy medicine might be doing the heavy lifting.

Meh. Some freak out, some have done it for decades with no issues. |
I think I found a buried gem.

From what I read, some will have issues and some won't have problems. I never really had issues with allergies till about the last 2 years. But so far, local honey and allergy medicine has kept me good to go. Plus I only do it during the spring season since it's when I'm most affected. I have no issues during the other seasons. *knock on wood* |

Am I terrible for thinking this was probably a mustang until I read the article only to find out it was a Honda? |
Local honey as an allergy reliever is a myth. There have been several scientific studies showing this.

disagree go eat some honey |
I did have some local honey about 3 weeks ago and it did help. Although minimally. I had just local honey without allergy medicine. I think ill combine the two. I took claritain this morning but so far it hasn't done anything to relieve the torture.

I thought usually allergy medicine doesn't relieve the allergy right away. I thought it usually takes 1 or 2 days for everything to finally kick in. |

Negative.. If im dying, and pop a pill (somewhat empty stomach) I can start to feel relief within 15-20 mins. Of course this can also vary person to person. |
I hate trees, but I like oxygen. I am so conflicted.

Steady regimen of Zyrtec and Flonase has served me well so far this year.
