There was supposed to be events last weekend (March 18 and 19), but they were cancelled due to weather and the ongoing resurfacing at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds venue. There we replaced with a weekend at Thunderhill at the end of July.

They are really pushing the [URL="https://axwaresystems.com/axorm/calendar_main.php?"]online registration[/URL] for events. There is even a slight discount (about 8%) for signing up early online. May not seem like much for a weekend, but you end getting a day free if you attend all 12 events. Plus, it saves a fair amount of time for having to get their early and signing up, etc.

I plan on, at this point, running all events in SM.

Ooh I might make the first couple events.

If you run in the first run groups, what time can you usually be out of there?

I won't be at Round 1, but I will def be at Round 2.

It all depends on how many cars show. Run groups 1 and 2 are usually headed out by 1:00-1:30pm at the very latest. If you work group 1 and run group 2, you can leave after your last run which is usually around 12:00-12:30pm.

It really depends on how many car show up. I've been home from Stockton events before noon which includes the hour drive back.

First weekend in the books!

Round 1 was very moist! Lots of rain, hail, wind, and cold, and general unpleasantness, but I heard it was a blast. Kinda bummed I missed it.

Round 2 was beautiful and dry.

Need to smooth my steering inputs out (no sawing), stay in the gas, brake/turn in later. More than 14-15psi Sunday would've been nice
