if uloolk at the stop light, the guy on the moped had the green light, the car had a red light, she was prolly talkin on the cell phone

not sure if he was on the phone or not but the motorcycle had a clear green light when crossing the intersection... if the car was paying attention, he should have seen the red light he had..
