Wyoming question

Hey all,

I'm thinking of possibly relocating (to anywhere outside of California) and was thinking about Wyoming.

I want 4 seasons...land...etc etc... (I used to live in the mountains in NZ so I am familiar with real cold)

I am retired, the wife is a nurse, and we have a newborn.

Looking for some opinions on counties to look at for property that is not just flat, snows in the winter, has a major hospital, decent schools etc. we are hoping to get a parcel of land with around 75-100 acres. NOT FLAT! Hills, trees etc! Love to have a spring, well, or a river...

Quite frankly, a house on it isn't a priority... We would buy the land soonish and build a house in about 2 years...

Wife would like to be within 25 mins of town...I would prefer further...

We aren't rich, so the real popular hipster towns are out... I am looking for quiet, conservative, good school...etc etc...

Someone suggested Sheridan... Any others?

Thanks!

My husband and i stayed at Wyoming for couple days on our honeymoon, we loved it up there, we are still trying to figure out where we would love to move, i say Montana, and hubby likes Wyoming. Its a different environment out there. People are a lot nicer, less crime, and school are better. California is slowly going down the hole.
