OT:5 Bed,2 Bath,2 car garage w/ basement $1200/mo Plus util. no water need roomates.

Looking for car guys to share rent in this house. Big 2 car garage. Up to 5 people split the rent and utilities. House is in really good shape except yard but who cares really. Let me know so I can get people together ASAP. July 1st move in. This is a killer deal for renters who don’t want to live in apartments. The owners are fixing it up as I write this post. Located in Aurora near Iliff between Chambers and Buckley.
