MEET: May 13th
 

Speedy Roopair is relocating to southeast Aurora! To celebrate, they're holding a meet/grand opening lunch event May 13th 11AM to 2PM.

As you know, I am a long-time customer of theirs and am planning on being there. Plan on seeing some nice Subies there (including mine) and making new Subie friends!

They will be opening the new shop next week at 18355 E. Girard Ave unit B. It is in the Kohl's shopping center at Tower Rd. and Hampden Ave. in Aurora-just north of Hampden along Tower Rd. There are a number of different auto shops there-BE THERE OR BE SQUARE.

That's right down the road from where I live. I'll put it on my calendar and hopefully I can make it.

I got a Mountian Bike race [b]and[/b] frisbee tourny that day so I don't think I'll make it. Hope the turnout is good though! Might want to post this on pirates.

A Mtn Bike Race? Rad, I used to race cross country as a kid. Now I race rally cars. Temple Canyon is that weekend so I'll be racing as well. But if you guys go for a drive you should hit up Phantom Canyon and swing by the hill climb and watch for a few.

How did this go? I got busy on Saturday and couldn't make it. How is the new shop? I may stop by there to say hello sometime this week if I get a chance...
