Schumacher Hasn't Lost any Speed
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/moto...ne/7080715.stm
"Seven-times world champion Michael Schumacher has set the fastest lap in testing for Ferrari in Barcelona.
The German, who insists he has no plans to return to Formula One, has slipped out of retirement to assist Ferrari for whom he works as a 'technical advisor'.
The 2007 champions are tapping into Schumacher's experience of cars without electronic driver aids ahead of the ban on such systems for next year.
"It looks as though he's got talent," quipped Red Bulls David Coulthard.
Schumacher topped the unofficial timesheets at the Circuit de Catalunya, completing 64 laps in the F2007 car with a fastest lap of one minute 21.922 seconds.
Ferrari's regular test driver Luca Badoer was second fastest, in 1:22.129, with McLaren's Spanish test driver Pedro de la Rosa third in 1:22.687. "
