Wow those are some sweet shots. What was you shutter speed for those? I'm gonna take a wild guess at 1/125?

125 and 160 back and forth,trying to see which would be more consistent.wouldve been nicer if there was a bit of clouds but it was all sun lol!!

aim for 1/5th .... it makes 1/60th seem easier

Tiffen is "meh"

I think the best one out for normal photographers is B+W. I would advice buying a 77mm size filter and just buy step up rings for all of your lenses. You'll save money in the long run.

Hoya also makes their super high coating whatever filters which I heard are pretty good.
