Umm for digital, I would probably say the Fujifilm Finepix X100 is probably one of the better "cheap" digital rangefinders.

x100

H4D meh. Phase one is better
The problem I have with medium format is the size of the files and the focusing. H3D is as much as a new canon 1Ds here.

I'm kinda curious to see what's going to be of Leica since Kodak might be going under.
This emphasizes the sony leica rumors. :O

I should look into what the **** you're talking about, being a Sony fanboi and all (still trying to figure out how to carve the alpha sign in a pumpkin).

well Kodak makes the CCD sensors for Leica
There was a rumor flying around that Leica was going to use sony's FF sensor for their M9's but it was kinda like WTF

But after kodak announced they hired someone to evaluate if they should file BK, those sony rumors are looking more legit.

Here's 2 shots from earlier today. I'm way too tired to post the rest of them so you just get this little preview for now

A couple of my friend's younger siblings want me to shoot their senior portraits

I'm thinking of getting a good ol' Nikon 105mm f/2.5 AIS for some sweet portrait shots. Any thoughts? I could also go for the shorter Samyang/Rokinon/Vivitar 85mm f/1.4 also for a little bit more.

Have a reflector and some one to hold it and angle it for you. Try on some people before you shoot them so you are comfortable and you are ready to rock!
