buying an sti soon need advice

I'm looking to buy a sti soon, like in the next two weeks ( I hope sooner). Any way who has the best deals. I don't want to pay over 35, correction I want pay over 35 out the door.

I heard carter has good deals, but puyallup only goes over msrp by 9%. so what do you guys think.

Don't let anyone second sticker you. I paid $31,000 OTD for my 04' at Auburn. I absolutely hate the sales department down there but they gave me the price I liked. Do you have a trade in? Paying with cash? Cuz those definately help.

I'm paying cash. I thought the msrp went up on the 05 in comparison to the 04. Thats why I said 35 otd instead of 31 or 32.

Now is the worst time to try to get a deal on a 05. wait 11 months. You can get 04 for a few hundred over invoice right now.

MSRP went up by maybe $1000. It went up because now they come w/ a radio. If you're paying cash, I'd say take 330 $100 bills into a dealer, drop in on the Sales manager's table and point to the one you want.

(panasonic deck)and speakers too
and don't forget that the rims are wider (8 inch)
and a USDM e-brake setup versus JDM setup
daytime running lamps
and a new keyfob with immobilizer key
i'd say its a pretty good deal for an extra 1,000 dollars.

in terms of cash, check or finance- dealerships really do not care nor are they impressed when someone throws petty cash around- all they(we/me) care about is that the money is clean(or good) and that the offer is within reasonable means-
not tryin to flame you DChan . . . just offerin some insight

thanks guys for all the help. I picked up my sti about a week ago for msrp with the alarm.boost gauge and wheel locks. I'm preety happy with it. Some people tell me I could have got it for less but it did have only 7.8 miles on it when I got it.
