so what is the plan for the car? 04-05 face lift? 06-07? Or just redo the beautiful bugeye style which was featured in the 02-03 years?

Definitly going back bugeye, but front end parts are expensive anymore

or you could put the engine and tranny in your kick ass rs, that would be sweet.

and then you have tons of spare parts just in case.
AND your insurance wouldnt know, so you'd be paying for an rs rather than a wrx

The thing is that would be about as much trouble as rebuilding this one, and i've always wanted twins!

Just some backround on the car. It was bought by a kid in the town i live in a year or so back with a blown motor, i think it might have been a front hit idk, still trying to get ahold of him, he put a low milage motor in it, got it all painted up and looking pretty, looked just like my rs but silver dif. wheels and a fmic. Well turns out his gf was driving the car down the highway and a semi merged on her forcing her off the road and actually hit the end of a gaurd rail, or so ive been told.
Currently the only thing im really worried about is the drivetrain, go figure. I was told that the kid that owned it tried starting it, not succeeding and burnt up the starter, not good! and if you can see in the pics. the wishbone was broken in have and overlap's by around an 1". the motor appears to be tilted back. Otherwise it seems in good visual shape, nothing broke(motor tranny wise)
So thats all i know for now.
