Autocross was a blast! Car feels awesome and is running really, really well. *knocks on wood*

This is becoming an annoying trend though:

Working on getting some video up.

Also, may or may not have some "exterior mods" planned.

Toyo Proxes RR 235/40/17. Still debating on putting them on the Volks (17x8.5) or the DPTs (17x9). Probably the Volks for more street cred.

I know they're more of a slick than tire... should they still provide as much or more grip than a 255 series of what you were/have run?

On track, yes. AutoX, maybe. The Toyos will likely require more heat than the Stones.

I'm kinda surprised. I wouldn't consider the RR to be an ideal AutoX tire.

I was only running a 245 RE-71R so the difference isn't as great. Also, the REs were burnt out so anything would be an improvement.

At less than half the price of a set of A7s or Z221s, they'll work. I think I can get heat into them considering I was overheating the REs and RS-RRs.

Well, the RR experiment failed.. for autocross anyway. Those will be going away.

Switched out the Q300 for a beautiful Fujitsubo full titanium piece. Super light and relatively quiet. Love it.

Switched out the Feals for a set of KW V3s I got off sybir. Amazing coilovers for the street, but a bit undersprung for slicks. Fortune Auto Feal is running a Black Friday sale so the V3s may be going back.

Lots of changes coming this offseason. Aside from a couple miscellaneous parts to add in, slowly piecing together parts for a 5x114 swap... and, potentially, something from ABW Karlton/Subyflares.
