Molding a BaysonR lip (with Java's help)
So I picked up a STI trunk with holes filled in from Jarek (Java Black in Sac). Ordered a bayson r lip. Had some paint matched so I could repaint myself. This is what I have thus far.
Just picked up a trunk with filled in holes...

And a bayson R lip.

filled it in with foam so it's not hollow
Then molded it with lots of j/b weld

I'll be grinding, using bondo to smooth it out so its not weird in the back, primer and paint next week.
Jarek has been a huge help and inspiration through this whole thing. It's my first genuine body work project that I can claim 80% credit of, so naturally I'm freakin stoked!!!
