I'm gonna start a thread here to post up everything I do, not everyone in the community is in the Bay Area Section so.
Got this car with a lot of stuff already done, but so far I redid the stereo system, the shortshifter, wheels/tires, bulbs, some random stuff here and there.
Extremely clean bugeyes! Do you plan on going wingless?
Mmmmm if anything a limited lip spoiler, but I do plan to track it when I score a full time job. At that point I'll invest in a kognition or near like roof line wing. And have a second trunk for whenever I just wanna drive it around here. |
Added Dyno graph Kenley found from back in the day.
BTW this is Vishnu's heartbreaker dyno, more so than GST and EQ's early calibration. |
Did you use hand tools to loosen the lugnuts on the wheels? I need to take my rear wheels off so I can finally put on my new mudflaps.

This is what happened last night, quick copy paste though
First pull over in the WRX Well that was interesting. Subaru + DOT stamping on headlights = Awesome Got offered $3500 for my car Sheriff had absolutely no clue what to do after he saw that my brights were off by me flashing them right at him. Then was asked where all the girls were with the nice interior. What an random way to end the night. |

The lifted wheel in the 3rd picture is not something to brag about. It means your dampers don't offer enough travel. :(
Other than that, it's a GREAT looking car with a good mod list. |

Did this today.
Got yellow vinyl on Ebay for cheap, first time applying them, luckily I have fog covers hahahaha. Anyways, the beam looks way better and its a great yellow to cut through the coastside fog. Exactly, I was hesistant at first but went, well if the covers are there... okay I'll try. |
Just received an order for an LED strip for my trunk to illuminate a bit better. Sometimes I can't see my gear and stumble for stuff.
Today I went and rewired the cap and adjusted some amp settings along with cutting off some oxidized power and ground wires. I forgot to add these pictures but Kartboy SS. Cross referenced some old threads and posts by Kenley to come up with an updated list.
Added a couple parts I forgot about and renamed the item's that I did not know what brand they were. -I'm thinking of going back down to at least 20% tint on the side windows maybe 5% again -I'm on week 8 with the DMV and the CA Firefighter Plates -The car is currently sitting at AHQ for new CV boot and Axle Seals and to be popped back in with new diff fluids hopefully the spider gears are ok -Ordered some 12 SMD LEDs to replace the generic festoon LED bulbs in there atm, EBay was hella cheap Anyone have any suggestions for the car? -I am looking to get an NRG quick release soon -Maybe some project kics or similar locking lugs -Front and rear lips will be coming soon. But will need to save to get it all painted -Rolling of the front and rear fenders probably and throwing 3mm spacers till I get 245s -I was thinking about piecing together the rear cusco kit so I can put the factory diffuser on maybe. I-Club Dyno day from 2004
First graph is from an XEDE reflash and the exhaust from what I was told This is with the VF-23 and a proper dyno tune, at the dyno day at ATP (After calibrations to read lower it seems like) after corrections and putting down 251WHP on Vishnu's Dyno Dynamics. As you can see, no airflow and before the splitter was installed. Eh tunes running strong. If I end up picking up a well paying job and start tracking, I'll probably pick up some injectors/headers and have a dual map for E85 and pump. For now I'm gonna leave it as is. Plus the tune that's on there is when Shiv tuned well. For a retune, I'd probably have Shiggy do it or go to cobb socal. |

That limo tint I had on the 4Runner was considered borderline in his eyes. I got pulled, but never ticketed for it. If you get pulled for just that they got more on you already, play it cool and maybe you'll get off with a warning next time. If you're in Sunnyvale through Cambrian, pretty much expect a ticket @ the very least. The Sheriffs seem to love it, easy money. 'FPD, SMSD, CHP'. Installed my hub and steering wheel Did an oil change. Pics to come soon. |
Fixed a coolant leak today, hopefully that was the only one so I can go get a coolant flush soon.
NRG 2.5 Quick Release arrives tomorrow, will install that. Changing tires to 245/40 S Drives also. Will be sanding my grounds more for the amps to see if it will help with the amp cutting out. |

*Never leave razor blades laying around like that. You'll forget it and it'll end up shooting through the engine bay.
*Fold the hose clamp back over itself so if the set-screw creeps at all it'll stop from unwinding. (Race trick.) Nice. As for the other bit, why even reply, just report it and ask it be removed?? |
