Why the change of heart???

Let me guess, you have to reach the potential of the car on the drag strip before parting with it. After all, what's the point of a 450-500whp car if you've never done a 10 second run in it?

Stick with it dude..lay down some times i-club can be proud of

Looks like i'll be getting the car back from GST next week

All the parts on the car are the same as before minus a fresh long block/forged pistons.

The car will be for sale once i have her back in my hands, i think...if i keep her then a switch to a .82 hotside for better boost onset maybe in order.

Just thought i'd give a update.

There's a little more to it other than just slapping in a motor, variables outside the control of any shop.

wow I would rather a shop have my car for a year and get it done right. then just have them slap in a block and have problems later. I am planing on having my car done a gst and so far from askin everyone at sema 06 with a subie. they all told me that he is one of the best subaru tuners in the world. so maby let him do his thing and get it done right. any way sweat car man just for **** and giggles if you do sell it what are you thinking about geting? I have thought about dichin my subie to get an evo just for the castiron block and the cheaper parts. it is way easy to get a whole lot of power from an evo than an sti. and they handel beter. but I have so much time and money into my car I dont think I would have the heart to sell it
