I have a tf03. Tiny oem sg5 forester turbo. You can have it for 20 bucks. Dunno if that's close enough to a td04 for the state ref.

A jdm forester sg5. Looks like a td04. But the serial number says tf03, the exhaust wheel is smaller.

Just took off my stock turbo from my 04 wrx, should be a td04. Throw me an offer, 5106204655

let me know what happens. You can borrow mine as long as you need it if nothing else pans out.
