I would pay more than what it would cost to buy a new unpainted one and having it professionally painted.

primarily looking for one that has OEM paint from someone that doesn't plan on using their tow hook cover anymore (some rock chips are fine by me)

if yours is not OEM paint, don't tell me it isn't - if I can't tell that it isn't then my offer stands.

my blind offer is $50 but I'm willing to offer much more.

I know i have one oem swp with non to little chips.
