thanks for the heads up. I'll try putting the car in the air this weekend and trying again. I did NOT loosen the tranny mount when I jacked it (or the dog bone, but I already checked and it's fine) so I was thinking maybe it's the tranny mount as I didn't really examine it Stock? Let me know, I may need them but I'm leaning towards aftermarket because why not. Still not 100% sure though. Thanks

Hey guys,
Posting here before I go buy new. Maybe someone can also shed some light.
Long story short: I installed my Tomei header, disconnected the motor mounts to jack the engine so that I could slip the stock up pipe out and the ewg up pipe in. Ever since then I get crazy vibrations 50% of the time when blipping my throttle stopped. Also, when driving certain potholes, bumps, or when I shift will make my car sound like it has a blown front passenger strut, it's getting worse and worse and yesterday even sounded like the driver side.
Watchu guys think? Motor mount? Tranny mount? Both?
The motor mounts were torqued back on and definitely aren't loose.
Let me know your thoughts and or if you have mounts (pretty much only looking for new).
IIRC someone on here also makes the mounts, anyone got their screen name?
Thanks!
-Chase

Flatironstuning has a good price for group n trans and motor mounts.
I doubt the pitch stop got all jacked up, but that's worth taking a look at too if your motor mounts appeared to be fine.

Are they stock mounts?? They were probably pretty beat to begin with. Maybe one of em tore a bit when you jacked up the motor. Flatironstuning has a good price for group n trans and motor mounts. You can deselect it and get just the engine mounts and trans mount, but they accidently sent me the bone anyways when I got mine lol.

Let me know if you need anything, and a lot of those guys who ask about stuff on Instagram I've replied to several of their messages of wanting to buy something and they never reply or just waste my time. Thus I have some what stopped responding because it's a waste of time. If someone does indeed want something they will contact me.
