How stiff are these? I'm looking for something that rides well but is still fairly firm if that makes sense...

Well they are more firm than stock, but still have a compliant ride on the street and over potholes when the dampening is adjusted to the springs rates. It can be adjusted to be more firm or soft, but I adjusted it to ride nice on the streets. I have taken the car out on the track a couple times with this set-up and would simply adjust it to be more firm, and with that more so in the rear to counter the understeer.

I'd say that the ride is almost as nice as koni inserts with the same springs, but better than KYB AGX's with the same springs.
