STI / JDM FXT EJ257 Engine Conversion $3250 + Tax INSTALLED!!!!

STI / JDM FXT EJ257 Engine Conversion

$3250 + Tax INSTALLED!!!!

-Less than 1000KM!!
-2.5 Liter, AVCS, etc.
-Guys this is essentially a NEW USDM EJ25 STI engine, minus the red intake manifold. The real difference between the FXT and the USDM STI is tuning, turbo size, and intercooler size.
-Long Block includes all pumps, sensors, intake manifold etc

Here's a dyno chart with the FXT motor with a VF30 on 91 octane.

Hey guys,

We are offering a one-time super special on an EJ257 JDM Forrester XT engine conversion for all WRX owners. $3250 INSTALLED!!! (+ tax)
This particular motor is from the JDM Forrester XT and makes about 250HP at the crank. The real power restrictions are due to the intercooler and turbo – the engine internals are virtually identical to the USDM STI. We have made 280whp & 305 ft/lbs of torque on a similar swap into a WRX with a VF34 turbo on 91 octane pump gas. Essentially this is a torque monster right out of the box!
We have 5 of these engines in stock but they are selling out fast. Please contact us for appointments.

*Tax is 8.75% sales tax, good condition WRX Long block for core required, if no core there is a $1000 core charge. Dyno tuning is additional.

Thanks,

Gary

Hey guys,

Thanks for all the interest. For all the non WRX owners, please contact us (ask for Mike W) for a quotation, as installation into a GC8 or Legacy involves considerable additional work (including wiring).

For the WRX owners - You can think of it this way - you are swapping in an EJ257 Short Block with more aggressive heads, cams, valvetrain, etc. You will still be using your stock t-body, manifold, injectors, and intercooler. The downtime is about 5 days for the swap (depending on our schedule). Custom tuning for whatever turbo setup, etc. you guys are running is additional.

We have 4 engines left (and we're selling them at $2999 + shipping!!)

Guys, these engines are awesome. Basically you can have the best of both worlds with this engine. The added displacement and more aggressive heads means 1. None of the lag of the EJ20 with big turbo applicattions (I just plopped a large GT30 on my car, I know lag ) 2. Much more low end torque on 91 pump but yet great top end especially with race gas.

Cheers,

Gary
