These are the matsu****a gen 3 ballasts, the same used on the 04/05 STi. These will mount directly onto the bottom of your 04/05 WRX headlights, you simply need to drill a hold for the ignitor to pass into the headlight

One power connector was cracked, but it was sealed up with silicon and is 100% working, the other is fine. Both include power connectors wth bare pigtales, you can attach your H4 connectors to these or use a custom harness.

$140 Cash picked up. D2R/D2S bulbs can be found on ebay for 50 or 60 shipped, so you can can OEM HIDs for much less than any cheap kit.
