tires are bald. They come with the wheels, but i wouldnt recommend driving on them, especially in this rain.

It's a cosmetic bend as I've stated in the ad. They'll be able to be balanced fine by any good tire shop. I've been very upfront and honest about the condition so there are no surprises.
