No, no loss in boost repsonse, but it does make the idle dip a little bit when parking or in traffic when you have to stop and go alot.

So is it just for the valve or do you have the adapter kit. I don't think the adapter kit will fit my supra anyways though. Can you maybe travel outside of S.F.

I can, but the flange on the BOV is designed to fit on my TMIC it might be a little difficult trying to make it fit on your car.
