does anyone know someone that does smog even if you have modified parts on the car?>
anyone.... i went to 2 places and they refused to.

i have a aps 70mm cold air intake and a blitz nurspec exhaust.
that is all that is noticeable.
please let me know asap.
i do not even know if i still have the stock intake.

well typically they wont let you pass smog if you cant pass the visual... do you have a catless exhaust system? stock dp? aftermarket cat?

I think you will get more responses if you post in the general Bay Area section.
Be specific about your mods.Muffler only? DP without cat? DP with one cat? Headers? If the only problem is the intake,you might be able to borrow/rent/buy a legal intake like the SPT.
As for a mod-friendly smog shop,ask for leads to be sent by pm,not posted.

if its a catless DP you wont pass visual or sniffer
if your CAI is CARB legal it should be fine
if your DP is catless, swap on the OEM DP and you should be good to go.

This is such an easy fix and not a panic situation. Why risk/pay for an illegal smog when all you need to do is swap 2 parts? Swap em and smog. Easy as that.

This kind of information should NEVER be posted. It can lead to major legal problems for the shop and big DMV problems for people who have used the shop for smogs.
