You're partially correct. The spec c's fabric for the inner sides and hump between the legs has a rib/rough texture. The regular jdm v8s does not have this texture.

exactly what i previously explained too!

the v8's between the legs and to the left and right sides of legs are flat
v9's have a ribbed pattern to them as seen in my pics

 

I've seen them go for 1200, 1000, 1800 with door cards, etc.
Keep in mind these are very rare seats and don't hit the market often at all. So yes, they do sell and somebody will be very lucky to have these great looking seats. They look so good and feel great!

 

I'd love to put these into my forester, but I can't get myself to give up the heated and power seats.

these seats are now sold

what's great about the story is they were sold back to the same person i bought them from 5 years ago!

he came over this morning, i helped him take out his stock seat, we worked together and got the mechanics of the drivers side all swapped out, put the passenger seat in no problem, and got the new drivers seat put in as well

so he drove home happy with the nice seats again.
