It is rated at 480HP. It only has ~4k miles on it and was run at a pretty conservative 19psi during that time.

You can find out more about the specs here:

https://www.rallysportdirect.com/par...-r-8cm-2-turbo

and here..

Is there any missing pieces for the Cobb intake or is everything there?

Everything is there. After reviewing the components on a different website, it looks like I'm missing the front mounting bracket that secures the top front corner of the heat shield cover to the inner fender area as well as the supplied coolant lines.
  • cone filter
  • intake body
  • mounting bracket (for intake body)
  • bolt/washer for mounting bracket to intake body
  • hose clamp from body to post MAF tube
  • hose clamp from body to filter
  • Also includes Cobb post MAF tube that is normally sold separately from the Cobb SF kit.
  • Heat shield
  • Heat shield cover
  • heat shield cover to heat shield bolts/washers
The other 2 mounting points use the OE bolts.

According to rallysportdirect is fits 2002-2007 WRX/STi and 2004-2008 Forester XT.

After looking at that page, I realized I am actually missing a mounting bracket (where the front of the lid mounts to inner fender) and the straight coolant lines that normally come with it.

I apologize for the confusion.
