FS: EJ255 Complete Engine
This is a recently(March 2010) rebuilt EJ255 engine from a customer's 2006 WRX. Has less than 8K on it and runs perfectly!
Engine specs:
- New OEM "704" shortblock with nitrided crank.
- New water pump, oil pump, timing belt components.
- Heads have complete valve job, valve lash.
$3500 installed OTD!!

why out of the car after only 8k?
my motor has 120k on it now, leaking oil from every possible place, thinking of just swapping a 2.5 motor in instead of rebuilding the 2.0

is it the stock turbo (i think VF39) that comes with it?
And how long would the install take? And sorry for the edits but one more question - what else would I need to make this work? I have a V1 accessport stage 2. Do I need to replace this or does it come with its own ECU?

No turbo...I think I have a td04 on he shelf...install would take one day.
