Fs: 2004 Sti $15,900
 

Here we go again, but this time I only have room for one car, this really kills me:(

car has 114K miles right now but had a gruppe-s crate STI longblock installed at 97K miles, along with new clutch(stock) and tranny rebuilt with all new 2005 revised syncros and JDM gears. Even the struts got swaped out so the mileage is basically on the body only at this point.

yeah I was originally going to just part it out and trade it in toward my next project, my guy at Boardwalk Chevy said I should be able to get at least 17-18K on trade in if its put back to stock. but I really dont have the time to tear everything off and sell it so I would rather give you guys a shot at it first with everything on it, other wise it gets traded in on this in Jan :cool:

yeah I already checked it out, funny thing is these get WAY better mileage than my STI too! :p

haha, avtually thats a guy from the corvette forum, and its just a "regular" C6 with the APS twin turbo kit on it that puts down close to 600whp on pump :eek: he put ZO6 wheels/brakes/rear fenders on it, I might do the exact same thing and save 20K ;)

The C6 Z06 are bad cars, i drive them for a living, even without the APS TT kit, if you just did a Stg 1 Intake headers exhaust and chip, trust me you will be more than satisfied, that car will scare you stock...... just my 2 cents

the 04 H-techs are the same spring rates as the stock STI springs with a little better progressive rate and an even drop, work just fine with the stock STI struts ;)

haha, I keep going back and forth about it, been parked pretty much all of 07 and just started driving it around again since its been raining. Every time I drive it again I come to my senses and figure I'll keep it. Well once I get my Spitfire on the road one of my cars has to go, so yeah I guess its still for sale.

haha Jeremy you know damn well you aren't going to sell the STi. Too many memories and you know you'll miss it! I was about to sell my RS, but came to my senses and will keep it :D

we just need to go in on some airplane hanger somewhere to keep all our cars :D

Can we trade?

2 things:

First that is a sick deal on the STI. If a friend of mine ever gets his **** together, I will send him your way. He is a great mechanic and a Subie geek in waiting :) He has done fulL STI drivetrain swaps, engine swaps and builds, and a WRX >> '00 RS swap, but the poor bastard has not had his own Subie yet!!

Second, I saw your Vette a week ago Saturday at GST. I have to say it is the sickest Vette I have ever seen, and it is damn near as nice as my WRX :D
