Clean 2002 WRX wagon with extras

SOLD!!!!
2002 WRX wagon for sale.
Platinum silver metallic
5 speed
136,xxx miles
I am the second owner of the car. This car has been adult owned and well maintained by both owners.

It's a lifetime California car (no rust).

The engine is completely stock and always has been. The only engine "modification" is a Cobb stage 1 map. A Cobb V2 Accessport is included with the car.
Shell Rotella T6 5w40 or Mobile One 0w40 and OEM filters only used by me.

The suspension has been tastefully modified for a street car. Very dynamic and fun to drive, while still being comfortable enough to daily drive.

Nothing has been hacked spliced or chopped. The wires are not messed with.

The body and paint is in good shape but not perfect. There are a few small dings and chips. Overall the car is very clean and presents quite well.

It has a brand new Exedy stock clutch (less than 1500 miles). New OEM flywheel as well. Tie rods and ball joints are less than 7,000 miles old. Valve cover gaskets were replaced last year as well. Front wheel bearings were replaced 4,000 miles ago, as well as the front axles.

Interior is excellent except for a couple of frayed spots on the driver seat. The frayed spots were repaired. Not an invisible repair but unless you are looking for it, they are not easily seen.

The car was involved in a very minor accident. The drivers side rear door was dented cosmetically. It was repaired professionally and there was absolutely no structural damage (I have pictures).

There are LOTS of extra parts that will go with the car. I'm not splitting it up. Buyer takes it ALL!!!! You might need a trailer.

Mechanically the only issues are:
•The timing belt will soon need replacing. It was done at 95,000 miles, but that was 8 years ago. So time wise it's due even though it only has about 40,000 miles on it.
•The right front strut top hat has failed. It occasionally makes noise.
•Second gear servo is noisy but shifts great

Here is a list of modifications (all mods have less than 25,000 miles):
•STI pink wagon springs
•STI caster adding aluminum sedan control arms (pins are flipped and 3mm spacers added to increase caster)
•KYB AGX struts (slotted)
•Eibach (SPC) adjustable rear lateral links
•Hotchkis hollow 25mm sway bars (work like 22-23mm solid bars, rear bar is adjustable) with upgraded rear mounting brackets
•Whiteline ALK (comfort model)
•Whiteline Com-C top hats (right hat has failed with occasional noise issue).
Alignment set at:
-2.25° camber front
-1.75° camber rear
+5.8° caster front
Zero toe.
•H-6 rear brake upgrade (2000 Legacy bracket and rotor)
•Mishimoto radiator
•Morettes headlights
•Grounding mod (additional ground across the engine bay)
•Hella 500 driving lights on custom mounts
•S206 style front lip (reproduction)
•04 STI BBS wheels
•Bridgestone RE-11A 225x45x17 tires (lots of tread left)
•STI axle back exhaust (muffler was opened and one resonator removed)
•Dealer option Lamco boost gauge
•Dealer option titanium STI shift ****

Here are just some of the spare/extra parts (never had time to put them on, or just didn't use them):
•5 speed transmission with RA gears (approx. 70,000 miles on it)
•Stoptech SS brake lines (brand new).
•03 WRX cylinder heads (with cams, covers buckets, springs and shims)
•stock wagon suspension (springs, struts, control arms, lateral links, etc)
•Helix catted down pipe
•spare stock down pipe
•gutted stock up pipe
•stock cat back exhaust
•spare steering rack
•spare axles (2 front and 2 rear)
•spare front knuckles
•stock 02 WRX wheels (tires are shot)
•stock headlights (clear lenses, in great shape and tabs are intact)
•ProDrive floor mats
•Subaru all weather rubber floor mats
•roof rack cross bars
•a bunch of other stuff too!!!!!

I am selling because of medical issues. It's becoming difficult to drive a standard transmission car. I also can't work on my cars like I used to, so I need to simplify my life. This has been my favorite car ever and it breaks my heart to let it go. Please, serious buyers only, with my condition it's not easy for me to show the car.
Here's your chance to get a very clean and nice example of a Bugeye WRX.
SOLD!!!!

thanks. I did but it’s still not working for me. It’s working on another forum site I posted it on. Every time I edit it correctly and hit save, spaces are added and everything shifts. Oh well.
