So if you're riding stock nope, none needed.
If you're lowered
I did nothing to the front fenders. The rears will rub on hard turns on the rear's little inside lip. I had roger kraus (best place to get alignments and fender work done) shave off some of the lip. No more rubbing after that.

Yes they do have some concaveness to them. that's what i fell in love with.
I'll have to dig around for a shot when i had it lowered but here is a shot of the front.
