Power:
Built, Forged internals, STI crank (paperwork, done at M45 Automotive in Auburn)
The motor was built because of a head gasket leak and wanted to proactively make an engine more equipped to handle more power mods down the road if ever needed or wanted. Work done at 99k. Have the paper work if you would like to know the specifics of the engine rebuild. Motor is fully built and can handle more power with larger injectors.
- jE pistons, ACL bearins, Valve job performed, etc.
- New Koyorad alumiunum radiator placed at 110k with new AC condenser for better cooling capacity (installed at M45)
- 22k miles on new engine, ~122k on chassis
- Zero issues with the transmission, no grinding, shifts into all gears smoothly
- Killer B oil pan, pickup and baffle with 6qt capacity (stock 5 qt)

- New upper and lower O2 sensors with motor rebuild and new MAF. Timing belt, water pump, thermostat replaced during engine rebuild
- Secondary air injection system replaced 2016
Paperwork for anything that has been done is accounted for. I am missing the Dyno report from Snail performance but can be obtained from them

Wheels/Tires/Brakes:
- 2012 stock WRX rims with newly placed Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 225's placed on 10/16 (rotated with every oil Change).
- 5mm spacers on back hubs
- StopTech pads, power centric rotors
- Goodrich stainless steel brake lines

Well maintained, No major issues. Oil changed every 3,500 miles.

Hatch lid has a few small dents. Hood has a small dent and a few scratches. Small rock chip repaired at Spider Auto glass under rear view mirror. Some paint degradation on the hood from sap but base layer is intact and sealed.

Car is sold as is. I currently have the stock exhaust on and the Invidia Downpipe off for the purpose of smogging it when I sell it.

You might want to list the price as I am not seeing any prices in either the title bar nor the information listed above currently.

the car will pass smog. there have been no upgrades to it since I purchased July 2016. I have the stock downpipe on so when it comes time to sell I can smog it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

The motor was built in auburn. Do you make it back to auburn ever? I'm in Placerville. I'd like to check out the car.
