You are mistaken.
These arms have the 55mm front bushing (GC style) instead of the 61mm GD style. Can be adapted with a few simple washers. Not sure what the track width on these actually is as I have them next to some V9 sti sedan arms and they appear to be the same width from that bushing to the ball-joint hole.

OK, they are technically GD STI model control arms with GC width bushings. That means these are non-caster adding, but 10mm wider track than GD wagon/GC sedan(?) width, ~1.5lbs lighter per side than steel, and the transverse bushing mount can be reversed and shimmed for extra caster like the last photo.
2004 STi Control arms in GC chassis, Alloy arm specs
OEM 02 WRX front control arm bushing 61mm
Aluminum control arms with 55mm bushing
With the rear bushings aligned (almost..), you can see the ball joint is farther out (~10mm) than the OEM 02 WRX one below it.
Caster mod - rotate the transverse bushing mount stub 180*, and add shims as needed. These ~5mm of shims along with the caster adding (v9?) arms gave me 5.1*L and 5.6*R caster
You can see how much that moved the front wheels forward in the wheel wells here..
