This 2000 Impreza R/S 25 needs a valve job. No compression in cyls. 2 & 4 because tension pulley seized up on timing belt. Belt never broke (have old one). New belt ,pully etc. have been replaced. Had put $500.00 worth of new tires on that morning which have less than 200 miles on them. New clutch a few months before that and other new parts. Turns over but will not start because of compression. Body and interior good. Asking $ 1450.00.
