X1....where on the coast of Maine? I am taking a trip up to Bar Harbor in a couple weeks to visit family....my first long road trip with my scoob!!

rockport. its about 1.25 hours from portland, and just a bit more from bar harbor. portland being SW, BH being NE. camden is a very touristy town right next to rockport. we are practically in the middle of the coast line from NH to canada, thus the midcoast region. bar harbor is a great place. should be a good time for a trip. make sure you go up cadiliac mtn. the views are amazing.
