quick question
 

Had a question for anyone. I have a 2000 impreza rs and my check engine light is on. When i first modified my stock airbox i had to reset my ecu unit to make the check engine light go off. i recently got a true conical air intake and it fell off the other day. i forgot how to reset the chip. i know i have to disconnect the battery for a certain amount of time then plug it in again, but i do not know for how long. does anybody know how to reset the fuel emissions chip? Thanks for any help.

If you take it of an step on the brakes a couple of times it will surge the electrical system and drain all the juice.... shouldn't take but a few minutes.:)
