Who is around Pittsburgh?
 

I am a Pitt student. I see lots of WRX's around campus and around the city in general so I was curious if any of those people are on this forum. Pittsburgh's crappy weather probably has to do with alot of the WRX's because if you want a sports car here AWD is a big bonus if you want to drive year round. I know of one blue 02-03 I've seen around the Pitt campus with a loud BOV and sweet exhaust. The other night my roomate and I were walkin in the snow and he pulled up next to us at a stop sign. The two of us twirled our fingers and gave him thumbs up and he went rippin out of the stop sign. The car sounded badass. If that was you or you have a WRX in Pittsburgh let me know.

Yeah I didnt mean to leave out the 2.5RS guys. There are quite a few nice 2.5s that I see on a regular basis. There are actually just alot of scoobs in general in comparison to where I grew up in central PA. Must be that lovable Pittsburgh weather.

Rupe are you out on 376 around the oakland exit much. I've seen a San Remo WRX there quite a few times. Its the only other san remo car I've seen on the road besides mine.

Nope - I've only had my WRX a week today. I haven't driven it in oakland or on 376 yet....but I'm sure I will soon.

Anyone know of a good tuning shop in the Burgh? I only knew of Speed n Sound in Monroeville - but they closed.

BTW - drove past The O the other day.

Yeah my ride is parked away safe in a garage. Keeping it safe is worth the 85 a month. People in Oakland can't park and I know if my car was on the street it would be scratched up big time.

I live in the North Hills. I have a 2002 Blue WRX with an HKS exhaust, Tein lowering springs, JUN eyelids, Sti foglight covers, 17"Motegi Racing MR7's. Next item on list is to get a BOV. I was at the Post Office on California Ave yesterday, and will be in the Shady Side area today.:banana:
