I'm considering going to the bbq on the 30th, it looks like it should be a lot of fun. And did you mean the turlock meets or did they switch them to modesto? I've been to the turlock in-n-out meet a couple of times before but there looks to be like many new faces.
Happy Birthday! To my N/A neighbor. =) Anytime I see someone local, I have to breeze over the profile to make sure their not rice. You've been approved.
Hey, I totally forgot so many things. I forgot to teach you how to slide a longboard. Well we can do that next time. Also I had a bunch of stickers for you to put on your fairing. Next time maybe I won't get stuck in 2 hour traffic. haha
Hey man thanks for the link dude. Im excited that braket is so sick. I thot about making my own for a minute but figured screw it i'd rather buy one..lol Lemme know if your ever down to do some light mods man.
So I just randomly came across the DIY instructions for the Footwell lights. There are some pretty good pictures that illustrate the situation and you won't have to take apart the dash, just pop out one light. Just FYI, Step #2 is the most difficult. http://www.3gwrx.com/forum/index.php?topic=6244.0;topicseen
The whole thing is plug and play. No soldering/stripping required. I can't remember how detailed the instructions were since I just kinda glossed over them when I did the install. You really only need to be able to take apart the center console (cup holders and shifter surround) and that consists of 3 screws and a bunch of clips. Really not that hard and I have done it too many times.
Here's a good set of instructions to remove the interior parts. http://www.twmperformance.com/manuals/2008-wrx-short-shifter-install-manual.pdf
You only need to go to step 7, stop at step 8. Should be a piece of cake.
