Hey G, what if I bought these, would they be usable?
Strut housings for Koni/Ground Control combo -- save your stockers and skip the labor
Last fall and just recently I rebuilt both ends with fresh inserts and also cut up another set of surplus struts to make new housings too, so I now have a spare set.

These are wagon strut housings cut to fit Koni yellow inserts and Ground Control coilover sleeves (only). The spring perches are trimmed so they aren't for use with regular springs. If you have a sedan you'll gain some extra negative camber. Fit 02-07 sedan or wagon.

The front were built up with D_rex extenders for extra travel, and you'd also have to use them, available from TiC.

Nasty hammered finish paint job and could use a clean, seem fine structurally. If you're thinking about a Koni/GC setup these would save you the bulk of the labor -- you could have the struts assembled and ready to bolt in in about 30m.

$50 obo picked up in Oakland or local meet.
