Reno SCCA Schedule 2008
 

We have a fair number of people drive up from the Sacramento chapter of SCCA, and I'd like to see if we can't grab a few noobies as well. Anyway, we just had our first event on Sunday and would love to see anyone and everyone out for the next 18 events.

The schedule is:

May 24-25 Solo Events #4&5 Hawthorne, NV
June 7-8 Solo Events #6&7 Stead Airport
June 28-29 Solo Events #8&9 Stead Airport
July 12-13 Solo Events #10&11 Stead Airport
July 26-27 Solo Events #12&13 Stead Airport
Aug. 16-17 Solo Events #14&15 Site TBD
Sept. 6-7 Solo Events #16&17 Lovelock, NV
Oct. 4-5 Solo Events #18&19 Stead Airport

Stead Airport is just north of Reno and is where most of our events are held. Hawthorne is about 2.5 hours south of Reno and is a competition with the Las Vegas Region. Lovelock is at an airstrip about 1 hour outside of Reno, and is generally a much faster auto-x than we can normally get at Stead airport. The one TBD location in August is hopefully going to be the Squaw Valley parking lot. We still are waiting on confirmation, but if not it'll be somewhere else TBD.

The linked schedule also contains our Track Trials events and our Tour events. The Tour events are basically group drives with the club, and the Track Tours will end up on the Reno-Fernley Raceway for a tour around the road course (only at freeway speeds, no helmet required).
