german castrol syntec 0w30 synthetic (make sure it says made in germany, call a few autozones to see if they even have it first)
or shell rotella t6 5w40 synthetic (this is what i use and swear by it).
i definitely wouldn't follow the manuals 7k mi oil change policy. the engine hasn't changed much since they brought it over here to the US in 03. stick to around 4k mi. and check it every so often in case anything burns.
also, get tuned! stock tunes suck
nice seeing everyone again, hopefully i'll be coming out more often.
