Upper North Bay Subaru Meets @ IN-n-OUT (Official Thread)
#121
I seem to be seeing more and more evo's and subies around sonoma co lately. Must be the cheap used car prices. Still hardly see GR's around though. I think I've seen 2 in the past year, in SR. Seen a few in SF though.
I'm so ****in broke, I wish it was a joke. Now instead of "Woohoo my car's going to be back, and on break-in mode sometime this month hopefully" it's more like "Oh ****, my car MIGHT be done this month....how the **** am I going to pay the rest of my bill?!!??!". I'll be perfectly happy if it's not done until March, believe me lol. Especially since I know I need to get some rear camber plates, and they'll run around $4-500/pair. Luckily I think I can run the car with a higher ride height, and try for -2* rear camber without rear plates. Should be fine, but I don't want to run around with a decent amount of rear camber, and not have heavy duty rear plates. At least my cf trunk arrived in flawless condition from Varis' US warehouse last tuesday! Bad part of it, is I'll have to run with it unpainted since I also don't have funds for that either lol. If only I had finished up all the big work on my subie BEFORE the economy decided to go into the ****ter.

Lookie there ICB! Another one for you to have at in 'n out. BTW, all the stuff is off to the powdercoater next week Friday, which means, except for the stand-alone install/tuning, and rear camber plates, she's nearing the finish line. Did you ever go visit FLi to talk about your upgrades ICB? If so, did you drool over my imaginary white subie?
