This link should work. It's a rest stop just south of Los Banos on I-5.
John Erreca South Bound Rest Stop.
2 a.m. so we can depart by 2:30 and meet some of the SoCal guys near the track.

Sounds good. My friend will be with me so we might leave the meet early to check in to the hotel and rest for like an hour or so and then head down to the hotel OR we will caravan down and break off at the point to the hotel.
Either way, SUBIEFEST, HERE WE COME!!!

matt's right. i do this drive about 6 times a year. and matt knows that if you dont get enough sleep your car pays for it. i know my front bumper isnt the same anymore from a few unplaned off road excurisions due to me not having enough sleep.
Splitting the trip with a 30 min stop shouldn't bad. Get a good night's sleep the night before and drive in the morning. FTW
Again, to each his own. I've driven to LA in the morning, got tattooed for 4 hours and drove home. I'm not saying it wasn't painful but dude, let's be honest everyone has their own limits and the drive @ 2 am isn't really much...to me.

Woot can't wait till the caravan. Driving down in the caravan is half the fun!! I drove down to bakersfeild and back within 10 hours just to pick up some recaros. And it wasn't even that bad of a drive
