South Bay Meet - South SJ
Okay. Fremont/Milpitas isn't that far, but from where I'm at, that's 30 minutes. Palo Alto is a bit of a jaunt for me as well. And I know we've got some Gilroy/Salinas/Monterey folks that might like to come to a meet and not drive 1:45 to get there (or 55 minutes at mach 10).
Anyone down for a South Bay/South San Jose Meet? I'm down for an easy access location with a decent sized lot with some amenities. In-N-Out Burger on Blossom Hill/Santa Teresa? Or the Starbucks across the street next to Pizza My Heart and Armadillo *****'s (speed bumps suck in that place though).
I'm open to suggestions.
Knowing me, I won't be able to make most of these meets, but it would be nice to have something local to the South San Jose area.

Blossom Hill and Santa Teresa? That sounds familiar...
Oh yeah!

Long story short. That Starbucks is/was 24 hours and a lot of SJPD officers like to stage there.
And it seems like SSJ residents like to go full retard when they see modded cars. There was a minivan that did a sweet burnout after coming out of the In-N-Out drive thru and seeing our cars.

Why start this? Because Friday nights isn't a good night for everyone to go to a place where parking sucks and, according to most people I know who have been to the Friday night meets, they tend to be just a few people straggling in and leaving.
Apparently, though, this was a bad idea, so I'll see myself out.
Good day, sirs.

If you constantly bump the meet thread on the daily and keeping it up on top more people will see and want to go. If you bump it on a monday then again an hour before the meet then you are most likly going to get nearly no one.

You mentioned Blossom Hill and Santa Teresa. I'm telling you that the location is not very good. We have met there before and the police have asked that we leave. The local law enforcement has made it clear that they do not want a car meet in that area.
You can try to start a meet there if you want. But eventually the police will come and they will break it up.
We haven't had any problems with the Curtner location. It's not much farther from Blossom Hill. It's a nice spot with a couple different places to get food. And there hasn't been any push back from the police in that area.
If you don't like Fridays, maybe propose a different day of the week?
