In California you do not need a license to fish from any "man made rock wall/jetty or a public fishing pier." There is no need for a special permit or anything from the park, and if memory serves me if you tell the ranger at the gate you are going to the marina you do not need to pay the gate fee.

im deff going to try and make it out this month. ive added a lot of goodies to the scoob since the last meet. 2 months ago. st wing, BC BR coilovers, 20MM RSB, and hopefully i can find a set of wheels and tires before then. i ordered grids, but the transaction never fully went through
