Any interest in taking Pescadero Creek Rd? Might add 10-15 min, but is a much better drive than 84, and has a lot less traffic.

I thought Pescadero Creek Road was a private road + single laned...??

2pm would be the earliest that I could get to HMB, will y'all still be there?

Also, is there anyone coming that has experience with a Cobb tuner (v1) that could hold my hand through a simple idle increase? I have some stumbling and oil pressure issues when I use my A/C. I can offer a ride in my Atom at some point in return for your help.

I also have some new shoes on my FXT to show off

That should be good enough. The software appears to be the same, it's just the device that is different.

Is the idle control separate from the A/F and timing? IE can I just set the idle to be 850 instead of 750? Or is it more complicated than that? How does an EJ257 control idle? Is there an idle air control valve, or is the ECU cracking the drive by wire TB?

Thanks,
Jason

The V1 AP I don't think has the capabilities to change the idle unless you change it via the tune itself. I know the V2 has on the fly idle change etc. If you're bringing the car out bring the AP with it and we can go through and check it. Having a PC laptop what we can connect to may help to.

Cool - I'll have the AP and my laptop with me. I have a Verizon WAN card, so we can download anything we might need as well (although I've already installed the latest Cobb software).
