Lets Start Vacaville/Fairfield/Travis AFB Meet!
 

i've tried int he past i know there used to be a subaru meet in fairfield a while back but no one has started one since... i know theres at least 15-20 subarus mostly wrx/sti's but i was thinking of starting a car meet just for car enthusiasts
in general, i know a bunch of subaru, evo, mazda and other boosted cars in the area and instead of us having to go to vallejo or sacramento for a meet i thought it'd be nice to have a local meet for us... anyone whos interested let me know and i will keep you in the loop. im thinking of doing more fun stuff other than sitting in a parking lot talking all the time... go karting, scandia arcade, bbq's, drives to the lake etc... if this sounds like something you would like to see out of the vacaville/fairfield area this summer let me know and we will try to get this going! thanks for looking guys and gals any input is always encouraged...

We got together a few times at ff barnes and noble for about a month, but it died out. im good from sunday to tuesday!

Im down for a ff/Vacaville meet.

Anyone down to meet up tomorrow at the Sears parking lot at the mall. It's pretty big and usually empty.

How many of you are on Travis? And what days are good for you all.

How many of you are in Fairfield and surrounding areas and when are you off?

We can't just pick any parking lot- security will just call the cops unless we all purchase something from the surrounding stores.

We normally did meet at Barnes and Noble Back parking lot near the main road. And the meets stopped because of the security there.

So let's start update/quote my next post so we know exactly who is who and when we're off.

Great amount of people so far. Now time to choose a location.

Coffee/Food Shops are good, a lot of them have seats in the outside…. Starbucks, Panda Express and etc.

We can try Barnes n Noble again. But i'm not sure how security is going to be there.

Next we have to make a commitment to make some ground rules so we don't lose a good meet spot.

No Reving, Speeding in parking lots, Loud Music, peeling out and ETC. (Most of hour meets get broken and takes time and effort to build trust with the security/police)

Just don't be a kook. Anything questionable just shouldn't be done...

Nice I was thinking about getting 1 for half a second but it seems like too much work. I also think they should be standard with any turbo car, not an addition $300 or so :/

It's an $88 prosport gauge. I'm not complying about the price! And all you have to do is put a t fitting in the bov line to connect to the sensor, wire it through the firewall, and get some power to it and you're set! Next time I change my oil I'll be installing a coupler for pressure, and once I buy my dp, I'll get one with an extra bung for afr.

Jose what time do you plan on getting back into town? Maybe all (3) of us can head up there together? I switched my shift with someone who gets off a little earlier so I'd estimate getting off at around 7:30-7:45. Maybe sooner if its slow.

seems like everyone is off around 7-8.. do you guys wanna meet up there at about 9. the internet says they dont close until midnight. so we should have sometime to eat and chill

Eats across the street and plenty of parking. Any suggestions please throw them out there. Lets start a list of who can attend. Cut and paste to update.

I still think 7:30 is too early considering it takes 20 minutes to get to suisun even if we take our time, but if thats the agreed upon time, I'd prefer the chevron so I can get a tasty beverage.
