Not sure if you knew but the Sac area peeps have a caravan set up. Seeing as your location is Tahoe, maybe you could link up w/ them?

my piston ringland is cracked (08 sti, seriously bummer), but got a friend w/ a wrx who's going to meet you at foster. so calves +1. see you on sunday!

SERIOUSLY LAME. protuned, well maintained, but had a "oil loss incident" w/ a bent oil filter, and after that started to white smoke at full throttle. leakdown proved it. It's going to AHQ to rebuild the current block w/ cosworth forged pistons. staying stock turbo though.
So out of those that were doing hpde with 08 STi's with speed ventures 2 years ago... i think almost all of us now has forged pistons or s2000's.
Again, lame.

Ok guys I'm double checking and such but I may have to go up early so if that's the case Ron will lead the caravan Not sure if Walker has to go up early too. We will see. Ill keep up on the thread for sure though.
