The annual big stoneridge meet! This friday!
So its that time of the year again. the yearly big stoneridge meet is this friday, august 10 from 7pm till whenever. the meet is in the jcpenny parking lot of stoneridge mall in pleasonton. if you have them added on facebook, you can see that there are over 1300 confirmed attendees and over 500 maybe attendees. so you know this meet will not be a disappointment. i went last year and it was well worth it. saw everything from lamborghini's to r34's to cammed LS swapped 69 camaro's. ill hopefully see you guys out!
caravan leave time is 630pm sharp.
meet location is at hayward/union city target (visible from 880) exit is wipple. google it. its near union landing.

there's like 350 or so parking places in that entire lot. plenty of spots will be taking from customer of those businesses

last year people spilled out over to the mall parking lot, which is private property, and security was all over them making them leave (plus pleasanton PD)
i don't know why they continue to choose that parking lot
the first year this happened they originally posted it for the top story of the sears parking lot of the mall... which is private property and security was all over them from before it even started. which is why at the last minute they moved across the street to the jcpenny lot.
but since this meet has grown the last few years, that lot cannot handle the amount of cars (only 350 or so spots as i mentioned)
a few of us are planning on going to dinner at the mall then watching the madness ensue outside at the event.
so if you go, do so at your own risk! there will be police, even in undercover cars. so if you have a very modified car, or are acting stupid, you might get popped.

Went last year and it was way to crowded and too ghetto, left because the cops were circling where my car was parked. Like Rescuer said, need to change location. Definitely not going back this year.

With all the crazzyness and madness posted on here, I'm still kinda down to check it out.. If anyone is heading out there or wants to caravan on the night I'm down lol just for the thrill of it..
