Is this a normal sound for the turbo? It just started making a "surging" noise after I tuned it to Cobb Stage 1.

wastegate flutter. Heard its somewhat normal on hawkeyes but not sure

So it's not just me that thinks my car is broken every time I drive it?

Yeah, mine does that flutter too. Tuner says it's fine, in 20,000 miles it's been fine, so apparently it's fine.
