New Gt in 2 weeks

Looks like the dealer had to order a new 2003 GT Wagon 5spd.

So in 2 or so weeks, my GT will hopefully be here.

Some questions for GT Wagon owners:
1. I'm interested in 17" wheels. What aspect ratio do you have or recommend? BTW, I don't autocross or race... Just looking for better response and good weather traction/ quietness/ wear (in this order). I was impress with Nitto directional for my Integra. Any suggestions?
2. What's the maintenace/ oil change interval for the viscous rear LSD?
3. Any unique Subaru GT/ Wagon maintenance or problems to look for?

Sorry for the rudimentary questions. It's my first Subie.

1. The ET your looking to stay between os 48mm and 55mm offsets for your wheels. 53mm is stock for reference. I have 17" OZ P1's with Firestone Firehawks SZ50EP's. Great wet/dry grip and a cheaper Bridgestone S-03 IMHO:D Had Pirelli Pzeros which were great on anything dry but not so hot in the wet stuff:eek:

2. No Idea.

3. Keep up on regular stuff you'll be good. Seen Front crank seals (like mine) going @ about 60-90K miles, but cheap to fix and you can do you timing belt at the same time:D If you have a 2.5L, watch the headgaskets/engine temp from ~60-90K. The 02-03's haven't been around long enough to show the sympotoms of the 97-01's 2.5L which have exibited headgasket problems. So keep that in the back of your head.
